Description
Together Housing Association (THA) require the services of an Agency Partner to assist us in the administration and running of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey (TSMs), as to be compliant with the conditions set out by the Housing Regulator. This will involve the collection, analysis and presentation of customer satisfaction data as set out by the Regulator of Social Housing. Details are set out publicly by the Regulator for Social Housing (RSH) at www.gov.uk/rsh. The communication and customer experience team are procuring Tenant satisfaction Surveys via an Open Tender under the Procurement Act 2023. Together Housing Association Limited (THA) intend to enter into an Agreement with one organisation for a Contract Term of Two (2) years with the option to extend for two twelve (12) month periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of Together Housing subject to the terms of the Contract being met. The maximum contract duration is therefore four (4) years from the 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2030.
