Description
Commission a Provider to deliver three months of interim programme support for Tech Town, enabling the programme to move at pace into early delivery following its national launch on Monday 2nd February 2026. This support includes establishing governance, delivery structures, an outcomes framework, project strands, meeting administration, and producing a handover and evaluation report.
