Description
The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is seeking tenders to establish a comprehensive Professional Services Framework to support both current and future requirements across Capital Projects and Operational Estates. The Framework is intended to provide access to a broad range of technical disciplines required to deliver planned and prioritised works, lifecycle investment planning, statutory compliance, due diligence, feasibility studies, and comprehensive Condition and Asset Surveys across the Council's property portfolio. The Framework will ensure that the Council can draw upon suitably qualified and experienced professional consultants across the built environment to support strategic asset planning, project development, statutory compliance, capital programme formation, and evidence based decision making.
