RE: Notice identifier2026/S 000-091613 Published 28 September 2026, 6:22pm; This notice replaces the previous notice. This updated notice includes the price. The previous notice issued on 28 September 2026 did not include the contract value. National Grid intends to award a contract for the provision of Procurement Intake and Orchestration Software as a Service (SaaS). The service being awarded is Software as a Service (SaaS) The software is a commercial off the shelf product. National Grid's current Source 2 Pay (S2P) landscape has fragmented systems, inconsistent intake routes, and heavy manual coordination across sourcing, purchasing, and payment processes, creating friction for end users and limiting procurement's ability to control demand, enforce policy, and deliver value at scale. Employees navigate multiple tools and approval paths depending on category, business unit, and geography, resulting in long cycle times, unmanaged or maverick spend, poor visibility of requests in flight, and downstream issues in P2P execution.
