Description

A maintenance & support contract is required to ensure the Computer Aided Dispatch mobilising system continues to provide NIFRS with a means of mobilising resources to emergency incidents. The support contract includes maintenance and support of all hardware and software, together with Windows, Oracle and application licences. This contr​act is vital to ensure NIFRS can maintain an effective response to emergencies.
