Description
NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), hereafter the Relevant Authority, is seeking to commission a Primary Medical Services Special Allocation Scheme (North East Lincolnshire / North Lincolnshire) through a Most Suitable Provider process under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Knowledge of the Provider Landscape has determined potential Providers who are able to deliver to the requirements of this contract in delivering primary medical care service provision to individuals registered to the Special Allocation Scheme programme. The preferred Provider (Most Suitable Provider) will be required to demonstrate their experience of delivering high quality, dignified, cost effective service that supports providing primary care medical services to patients registered to the Special Allocation Scheme programme for North East Lincolnshire / North Lincolnshire, and supporting patient rehabilitation to facilitate a return to General Practice registration.
