Description
NOTICE AMENDED TO EXTEND TIME FOR RESPONSES TO 11.09.2026 Following requests from market participants for additional response time and to support broad and meaningful market engagement, the PME response deadline has been extended to 11.09.2026. The extension applies equally to all potential participants. The scope of the PME remains unchanged. BFL is undertaking market engagement to inform the development of a future procurement and contract management solution. We are seeking information from suppliers capable of delivering a modern, cloud-based platform that supports the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including procurement compliance, eTendering, supplier management, contract management, reporting, governance, and integration with existing enterprise systems. This exercise is a Request for Information (RFI) and budgetary quotation only. It is not a call for competition and does not constitute any commitment to procure services. BFL currently operates multiple systems across procurement, contract management and related business processes.
