Description
Bolsover District Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to attend a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Event for the Bolsover Town Centre Shopfront Improvement Scheme. The proposed scheme involves the repair, restoration, replacement and enhancement of shopfronts within Bolsover Town Centre, which is a designated Conservation Area. The works will include interventions to a number of Grade II Listed Buildings and will form part of the wider Bolsover Regeneration Programme, funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). The total funding allocation for the scheme is £1,000,000, with approximately £900,000 allocated to the shopfront improvement works.
