This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice to inform and seek engagement with suppliers for a potential future CfD settlement service. The opportunity may include, but is not limited to, capabilities for data collection and validation, settlement calculations, reconciliation, billing, payment processing, reporting, auditability, system integration and associated service management. LCCC is exploring the market and supplier capability as part of its mid-term planning for future settlement service arrangements, in the context of increasing CfD portfolio scale, growing data and transaction volumes, and the need for secure, efficient and well-controlled settlement operations. Participation in this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice gives suppliers early visibility of the potential opportunity and the chance to provide insight on available solutions, delivery models and market capability. The feedback received will help LCCC understand the options, functionality, risks and innovations currently available in the market.
