This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to seek engagement with the market place to understand the market structure and ascertain how suppliers can assist in the Supply and Delivery of Primary Packaging for the Disposal of Clinical Waste to the Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland (HSCNI).
