Description
Essex County Council (ECC) has procured a four-year framework agreement for construction services to replace the previous construction framework (ECF2) which expired in early 2024. The new framework (ECF3) will provide design and construction services for education and other capital construction and major maintenance projects and is available to other contracting authorities.
