Soft Market Test to inform Peterborough Limited's proposed Framework which will cover the service and maintenance of all of the specified installations across all of the Client’s schemes and properties (Housing, commercial, corporate, education, leisure and Culture). These requirements include: o EICR Tests and Inspections o PAT Testing o Repairs and Replacement of Equipment o Electrical Installation and Re-Wires o Electrical Heating o Fixed Appliance Testing o Thermal Imaging of Distribution Boards o Electric Vehicle Charging Points Maintenance
