Description
The Green Campus project presents a once in a lifetime opportunity for Thanet and for Ramsgate. This scheme forms part of a suite of central government grant-funded projects aimed at reviving the port, creating employment and training opportunities and improving the town centre, all with an emphasis on local job creation, sustainability and heritage preservation. Thanet District Council is seeking to engage with the market to help inform its procurement exercise for the Green Campus operating model. The Council has published a prospectus (Green Campus Stakeholder Engagement Pack) alongside this document which provides an overview of the opportunity and is now seeking responses from the market to a number of questions. Through this Questionnaire, we are seeking to engage with:- Existing operators of workspace Organisations seeking to expand into workspace operation Smaller organisations and/or individuals interested in becoming part of a new organisation to operate workspace For this PIN, the deadline for Soft Market Testing responses is 2pm, 17 January 2024.
