Description
Fire Remediation Works to Pharmacy Robot Conveyor System Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (referred to as GWH), installed a conveyor dispensing system within their Pharmacy department in 2022. The system now requires review and updating to ensure the integrity of the fire rating will be maintained when passing through a fire rated structure. Anticipated scope of the Remediation Works required: · Undertake an onsite inspection to enable the supplier to familiarise themselves with the site, building and installations. · Undertake a review of all existing information relating to the conveyor system and the existing fire strategy. · Attend workshops and meetings as required to support, progress and develop a technical design (drawings, specifications). This will also include engagement with the manufacturer of the conveyor system. The anticipated number of meetings required to be proposed and agreed. · Act as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) on behalf of GWH and submit and manage the application through the various gateways until successful conclusion.
