Description
The service delivered at the Location, Pizey Avenue in Clevedon, North Somerset, provides a Pathways to Adulthood Service and short breaks to young adults aged 14-25 years with multiple or profound disabilities, Special Educational Needs (SEND) and/or complex needs, which is a much-needed resource utilised by both Adults and Children’s Directorate.
