LiveWest Homes Ltd has proposed a redevelopment involving demolition of 36 existing apartments and replacement with 35 new dwellings at Parkers Way, Totnes. A detailed Planning Application has been submitted for demolition of 36 two/three bed flats to be replaced with 35 new homes, consisting of one, two & three bed accommodation for social rent, as well as landscaping, car parking & associated works. 2 stage procurement - this award refers to stage 1.
