Description
This is intention to award notice under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR), Direct Award Process C. The Parent Infant Psychology Service supports parents and infants during pregnancy and the early years of life to promote secure attachment, emotional wellbeing, and healthy development. The service provides specialist psychological assessment and intervention for infants and their caregivers where there are concerns about bonding, parental mental health, or early relational difficulties. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Any representations by providers must be submitted to London Borough of Haringey via email at HPCS@haringey.gov.uk by midnight on Wednesday 29 April 2026.
