Community Health Supported by VCS, The service will provide a high‑quality, person‑centred model of mental health support that offers continuity of care beyond the Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés within the community. It delivers flexible, non‑fixed one‑to‑one online and telephone support, enabling individuals with complex or fluctuating needs to access help in a way that is responsive, accessible, and tailored to their circumstances.
