Description
On behalf of the Returning Officer (RO) and Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) for North Northamptonshire, North Northamptonshire Council are seeking a suitably experienced supplier for the provision of essential print materials for electoral registration, all elections and referenda taking place in North Northamptonshire. The successful delivery of elections and electoral registration rely heavily on timely and accurate production of these print materials, which must comply with UK electoral legislation and be produced to high standards of quality, security, and accessibility. The scope shall include printing and enclosing of all printed materials such as Canvass Forms, Invitation to Register forms, ballot papers, postal voting packs, and poll cards. The scope of this agreement will also include, where necessary, postage/delivery costs of printed items where alternate delivery methods such as downstream access (DSA) mailings are not utilised. North Northamptonshire Council are seeking to engage with experienced print suppliers who can demonstrate robust processes for legislative compliance, supply chain resilience, and operational efficiency.
