Description
NY Highways (NYH) requires a Framework Agreement for the supply of non‑operated plant, tools, welfare units, telehandlers, and for the servicing, maintenance and repair of NYH‑owned equipment. The framework will support highways maintenance activities across seven operational areas in North Yorkshire. It will run for two years with options for two further one‑year extensions. The framework covers five lots. Lot 1 includes the hire of non‑operated plant such as excavators, dumpers, rollers and associated attachments, supplied with all required certification, compliant with health and safety legislation, and delivered in a safe, fully functional condition. Lot 2 covers the hire of small tools and equipment including breakers, compaction equipment, generators, lighting, fencing, horticultural equipment, traffic management equipment and specialist detection devices, with all necessary accessories, servicing and calibration included. Lot 3 provides mobile welfare units and portable toilets with weekly servicing covering emptying, cleaning and replenishment of all consumables.
