The Council is procuring a consultant to undertake a comprehensive Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) covering the Central Lincolnshire area (City of Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey). The HNA must provide robust, proportionate evidence to inform the Local Plan and associated policies.
