Description
To manage the delivery of the NHS Health Check in Primary Care in North Tyneside. To provide NHS Health Checks to eligible individuals as set out in regulation 4 and 5 of the Local Authorities (Public Health Functions and Entry to Premises by Local Healthwatch Representatives) Regulations 2013, S.I. 2013/351. Procured under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Direct Award - Option A effective January 1, 2024. £494,000 plus VAT
