Description
Network Rail is undertaking a programme of pre-market engagement to help inform the future strategy for Facilities Management (FM) services across the railway sector. As part of this engagement, we are seeking views from the FM market on a range of strategic, commercial and operational considerations. We are keen to understand current market capability, emerging industry trends, innovative delivery approaches, and supplier perspectives on how Facilities Management services can best be delivered across a large, diverse and geographically dispersed estate. We welcome participation from suppliers across the FM market, including organisations with experience in complex, multi-site environments, critical national infrastructure, public sector estates, transport operations, and other relevant sectors. Network Rail is undertaking this engagement in accordance with the principles of transparency, fairness and proportionality. Information obtained through this exercise may be used to help inform future procurement decisions, requirements development, lotting strategies, commercial structures and contracting approaches.
