Description
The Association of North East Councils Limited trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a Framework for the provision of Travel Management Services, covering the booking of all rail and air travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) arrangements, hotel accommodation - including emergency accommodation requirements - and any other ancillary services related to business travel, as delivered by Travel Management Companies (TMCs). The Future Framework will replace the existing NEPO507 Travel Management Services Framework which expires 31.07.26. This preliminary market engagement notice provides advance notice to the marketplace of the tendering opportunity and NEPO's intention to undertake market consultation activities with suppliers to help shape the future Framework. The Solution will be available for use by NEPO Member Authorities and Associate Members.
