Description

TfWR intends to enter into a contract for the acquisition of a single Mk4 Trailer Open (TO) rolling stock vehicle. The vehicle will be incorporated into the existing Mk4 fleet currently operated by Transport for Wales Rail Limited. The procurement relates solely to the purchase of one compatible rolling stock vehicle to support operational resilience and fleet continuity.
