Description
The proposed works will comprise of minor civil maintenance repair works and the application of decorative/protective coatings to the structures. More specifically, the main items of work are as follows: •Mobilise to site and establish welfare facilities. Dubh Sgeir: •Fabrication of Ladder. •Fabrication of Fender Brackets. •Remove redundant fixings. •Dismantle/ remove the platform handrail and replace with new. •Dismantle/ remove the access ladder and replace with new. •Fit new fender brackets and replace rubber D-fenders. •Prepare and redecorate the structure. •Supply and fit new signage •Clear the site. Sgeir Liath: •Remove redundant fixings. •Carryout pointing repairs •Prepare and redecorate the structure. •Clear the site. Rubha Glas Front: •Strim grass within compound and around external boundary. •Carryout fence repairs. •Prepare and redecorate the structure. •Supply and fit new signage •Clear the site. Rubha Glas Rear: •Strim grass within compound and around external boundary. •Carryout fence repairs. •Prepare and redecorate the structure. •Supply and fit new signage •Clear the site.
