Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA)(the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group, have awarded a contract for Middlesbrough Station Improvement Programme - Work Package 2: Undercroft Unit 1 fit out to Category A office specification.
