WMCA are looking to appoint a consultant to act as Senior Responsible Officer on behalf of the WMCA and lead on instruction and commissioning of Deloitte to ensure a robust and acceptable submission for Mayoral Delivery Corporation status to the Secretary of State, and the appropriate establishment of the Mayoral Delivery Zone.
