Description
The UOL requires an effective solution to manage the complexity of recruiting, training, and monitoring apprentices, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and achieving desired outcomes. An Apprenticeship Management System (AMS) addresses this need by automating administrative tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between apprentices, employers, and training providers. This requirement arises from the necessity to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance over the lifecycle of apprenticeship contracts.
