Description
EWR Co. requires specialist consultancy support to assess the opportunities and constraints associated with the adoption of low carbon concrete and cement across the EWR programme. The consultant will provide analysis of current and emerging low carbon materials, future supply chain availability, market conditions and implementation considerations. The outputs will support EWR's carbon reduction objectives by developing practical recommendations, procurement-ready specifications and an implementation strategy that can be adopted across future delivery contracts.
