Description
Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) ('The Council') is seeking to engage with suppliers in advance of a future procurement exercise for a cloud-based Regulatory and Operational Case Management Platform. The Council currently utilises a legacy case management solution across a range of services and is exploring replacement options that will support future service delivery, digital transformation, mobile working, data management and reporting requirements. The Council is seeking a modern Software as a Service (SaaS) solution capable of supporting multiple service areas through a shared platform and data model. Services anticipated to be within scope include: • Environmental Health • Environmental Crime • Trading Standards • Licensing • Private Sector Housing • Emergency Planning • Other related operational and regulatory functions The Council's preferred approach is a single corporate platform, although modular solutions from a single supplier may also be considered where they provide integrated functionality and a seamless user experience.
