Description
The Ministry of Defence (MOD) has a requirement to conduct an advertised bespoke competition to appoint a supplier to design and implement a national communications campaign. The campaign will aim to raise awareness of the LGBT Restorative Measures available to veterans affected by the ban on LGBT personnel in the Armed Forces (1967–2000). This initiative seeks to ensure maximum outreach and encourage eligible veterans to apply for the schemes, which will close at 23:59 on 12 December 2026. The campaign specifically aims to engage hard-to-reach LGBT veterans, including those who may be reluctant to engage with the MOD or Armed Forces due to historical experiences or mistrust. Requirements: Given the time-critical nature of this requirement, the appointed supplier must confirm their ability to: - Commence work immediately upon contract award. - Dedicate full-time resources to the delivery of the campaign.
