Description
The London Borough of Barnet (the "Council") is seeking to engage with the market in preparation for the procurement of Level 3 Oracle Cloud Fusion Support Services for its Oracle Cloud Fusion environment. This engagement is part of the Council’s strategic transition to a new support partner following the conclusion of its current post-implementation support contract. The Council is issuing this notice in accordance with Sections 16 and 17 of the Procurement Act 2023 to invite potential providers to participate in early market engagement activities. Please note: this is not a call for competition. Scope of the Requirement The Council is seeking a highly capable support partner with demonstrable experience supporting UK Local Authorities to provide Level 3 support across the following Oracle Cloud components: •Oracle SaaS (Fusion Applications): Finance, Procurement, Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Time & Labour (OTL), iExpenses, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) •Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) •Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Database •Custom integrations and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, SmartView, ADFDI) The success…
