Description
This contract is an extension of a previous contract which has been held between UK Sport and the supplier which follows up on work already undertaken. The contract includes: 1. Using data, insights and current literature, to design a learning and development (L&D) plan for the LA cycle and advise on the design of the People Development Strategy which will: a. Include a four year and annual plan for L&D (with focus on PDs, Chairs and CEOs) b. Identify strategic priorities with specific connection to the Coaching Strategy 2032 c. Map key priorities at individual (role specific), sport/partner and cross community level 2. Providing immediate technical expertise to the following focus areas: a. Recommendations on our current and future digital offer and how this is evolved b. Design of a needs analysis to inform support and development across the community c. Design the offer to Performance Directors for 2025 including • Support to small and wider group discussions • Proactively sourcing executive coaching and mentoring resource as required • Providing subject matter expertise in leadership and change, ability to lead leaders The total costs of this contract is expected to be £48,0…
