Description
The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market that it is the intention of Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Trust) to issue a tender for the Servicing and Maintenance of the Laundry Production Equipment at Nottingham City Hospital (The Services). The contract is to replace the existing/previous contract currently in place and preparatory work for the re-procurement is currently underway. The anticipated start date is 1 November 2024 and the Contract Notice is currently anticipated to be published during late spring/early summer 2025. This notice is not in itself a call for competition and the Trust is not seeking to reduce the time period for the receipt of tenders. Please note that the date given under II.3. Estimated date of publication of contract notice is INDICATIVE ONLY. Interested economic operators are advised to check the Trust's e-Tendering Portal for further updates. It is intended that the procurement timetable will be published on the e-Tendering portal within the abovementioned timescales.
