Description

The City of Lincoln Council is seeking to procure a contractor to deliver design and build services for the development of the Jasmin Green site for the provision of council housing and associated infrastructure. The scheme will be delivered in line with the City of Lincoln Council specification for new build homes appended to this document. The Contract will commence 1st May 2025 and will be split into two elements with a break option in between. The first element will be in respect of a feasibility/preconstruction contract and the second the construction/defects liability phases. Whilst it is the Council’s aspiration to move forward with this development, it is subject to a number of factors being satisfied, such as but not limited to, cost viability of the scheme, funding being available, satisfactory performance of the successful contractor. It is anticipated that the contract will commence 1st May 2025, and we would expect that the initial preconstruction stage (including Planning Approval) to cease by 28th February 2026.
