There are 36 docs in total numbered 01 to 36. Please read these first - ITT (doc 03) Tender Quality Response Document (doc 04) The spec (doc 07) Look at the pass/fail criteria in doc 04. If you cannot meet these criteria, please do not bid. Your bid will have to be rejected. If you cannot download the docs, please e-mail me outside the portal. This is an open tender. Do not let that discourage you from bidding. Due to the pass/fail criteria and the constrained timescales, I doubt we will receive more than 4-5 bids.
