Description
This procurement is for the establishment of a framework agreement ("the Framework") as a procurement vehicle for the commissioning and procurement by Southampton City Council ("the Council") and the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board ("the ICB") of social care supported living services under the Council's Inclusive Lives commissioning agenda. The procurement was conducted under the "Light Touch Regime" in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Regulations 74-76. The services will primarily - but not exclusively - be for adults with lived experience of either learning disability or mental health conditions and comparable needs, neurodiversity (including autism) and individuals in receipt of continuing health care services. The procurement sought to source a range of experienced service suppliers to the Framework to support the Council and the ICB in its aim of generating opportunities for individuals to experience inclusive lives through access to good quality supported living and outreach services enabling them to maximise their capacity to live independently and achieve their identified goals and outcomes.
