Description
InterTradeIreland is the All-Island Trade and Business Development Body, one of six North South Implementation Bodies established under the Good Friday Agreement. In this capacity it acts as the All-island Economic Development Agency. The agency’s remit is to ‘exchange information and coordinate work on trade, business development and related matters, in areas where the two administrations specifically agree it would be in their mutual interest.’ This contract is for the supply of structured programme offering both “Downstream” and “Upstream” support for businesses in order to accelerate all-island economic co-operation and take advantage of future opportunities to enhance business growth across the island. Downstream support would be in the form of workshops and masterclasses for SMEs providing an overview of fundamentals of supply chain management practice and the operating environment/ drivers of change therein. Providing 1-1 mentoring and developing best practice material and case studies.
