Description
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. The contract has been awarded following Direct Award Process A under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. The contract relates to the provision of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Services for all ages in the Midlands Region. The contract will run from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2030.
