Description
The Home Office Enterprise Networks & Infrastructure function is preparing an award with competition to procure a Hosting Capability Supplier. The successful supplier will provide a comprehensive 24x7x365 operational support capability, alongside outcome-based engineering, transformation, and service delivery services across the Home Office technology estate. The objective is to establish a simplified and integrated operating model that delivers improved service resilience, enhanced automation, accelerated technology transformation, and a single point of accountability for hosting-related services. The scope of the requirement is expected to include: • Platform services spanning on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments. • Hosting, cloud, network and infrastructure operational support and engineering services. • Legacy infrastructure and application support, including the transformation and modernisation of services to align with future-state technology strategies. • Technology services covering datacentre, platform, storage, backup, virtualisation, operating systems, network infrastructure, cloud services and associated management tooling.
