Homes England are looking to secure a developer partner to facilitate the delivery of a local centre that should include the delivery of a Health Centre alongside other suitable uses. Please note this opportunity was originally advertised as a two stage process under notice reference 2024/S 000-028837. That process has been abandoned and replaced with this one stage ITT process.
