Enquiry by Design workshop and report (workshop process between 1 - 3 days depending on site/topic) and (optional) Development of a concept plan. To deliver follow-on advice to support the delivery of Historic Places Panel recommendation/s in one pilot location in 2025/26 (location and date tbc).
