Description
The council is currently implementing a Corporate Landlord model. This will see a centralised approach to lead the delivery of efficient, effective and sustainable land and property solutions whilst maximising social and economic returns for Bristol and its residents. The ownership of the new arrangements for Catering and Events will be the responsibility of the Corporate Landlord to support obtaining maximum value from our estate. The client function with responsibility for the contractual arrangements will sit within the Corporate Landlord operating model, which will be enabled by a defined business management function. To simplify and streamline our contract estate and drive improved returns from this valuable and diverse range of premises we are looking to engage a single concessionaire with specialist food industry expertise to assume delivery responsibility for the full suite of services under a consolidated concessionary agreement.
