Description
Corporate Group Assets Review - Advisory Proposal. The scope of this project is to establish where the Authority is now in the management of its property estate, where it wants to be, and developing a realistic approach to how it could get there. This is not intended to be the full delivery plan for transformation or implementation of a new target operating model.
