Description
The GLOUCESTERSHIRE County Council went out to procure a single provider framework agreement for domestic abuse support services (GDASS), using the LIGHT TOUCH REGIME The Council in conducting this procurement using Public Contract Regulations 2015; however, the Council exercised its right to deviate from the formalities of the procedure given the flexibilities permitted by Regulation 76 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) in the conduct of procurements for "light regime" services.
