Description
This is a second market engagement notice related to General Building Maintenance Framework (ID: ocds-h6vhtk-05cc1a) to invite interested supplier to engagement events for the framework opportunity. Monmouthshire County Council are proposing the establishment of a collaborative multi lot framework agreement to deliver general building maintenance and repair works to the non-domestic property portfolios across 5 authorities. The framework will cover multiple disciplines to include; general building works, electrical and mechanical works, fire & security, external groundworks, roofing, emergency call outs. Suppliers should note that the framework will now include statutory obligations as part of the scope. The framework is to be delivered under geographically defined lots on behalf of the following Authorities: Monmouth, Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent, Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. It is anticipated that the framework start date will be 1st July 2026 (please note this date may be subject to changes) for a period of 3 years with a further 1 year extension (A maximum total of 4 years).
