Description
This notice is placed as a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform the market of NHS Frimley Integrated Care Boards (the Commissioner’s), intention to commission a pilot for the provision of Infant Social Prescribers. The Commissioner would like to understand the level of provider interest in delivering these services. The contract duration will be for 2 years commencing 1 April 2025 The service provision will cover Bracknell Forest, North East Hampshire and Farnham, Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Slough and Surrey Heath. This exercise is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner.
