Description
The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") has conducted this procurement process using the open procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR"). The procurement documentation was made available following the publication of the Contract Notice on the UK e-notification service. Tenders were invited by the Council from Contractors with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of Specialist Works (the "Works") under a proposed Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement consist of 4 Lots: Lot 1 - Damp Works & Miscellaneous Associated Works Lot 2 - Timber Infestation Treatment & Miscellaneous Associated Works Lot 3 - Mould Eradication Lot 4 - Solid Floor/Minor Structural Works
