Description
Framework Agreement to provide top-up support for civil engineering labour/gangs required for the delivery of the council's capital highways programmes. The supply of labour will supplement South Gloucestershire Council's inhouse StreetCare workforce for Civil Engineering (a) Labour and/or (b) Top-up Gangs.
